LIFETIME WARRANTY


Warranty Policy:

Every Hami product comes with a lifetime warranty. This is how much we believe in our quality and craftsmanship.

Each warranty claim is processed individually upon receiving the required details (below) via email. Please allow 2 business days for a response once your email has been submitted. 

We will replace any manufacturing defect or workmanship defects; fabric, zippers, seams, buckles, metal and construction etc on all of our products free of charge.

*Lifetime warranty refers to the lifespan of the product.

The following is not covered under this policy;

  1. Sun damage (if left in the sun for extended periods, your Hami product could tear or show signs of discolouration).
  2. Accidental damage caused by people, animals or environment.
  3. Burns.
  4. Improper use or care.
  5. Normal wear and tear.
